Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the booking type and timing. For vendor bids accepted by travellers, the platform commission component is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Travellers may cancel bookings subject to the cancellation terms agreed with the vendor at time of booking. Vendors set their own cancellation policies, which are displayed at the time of bid acceptance.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
